Refund Policy



All purchases are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which guarantees that any goods purchased for personal use may be returned to us if they are considered faulty, for repair, replacement or refund of the purchase price, within a reasonable period of time after receipt, as defined by the Act.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

- Product not received due to error on our end
- Wrong order received

We shall not accept returns for change of mind or if you make a wrong decision unless due to our negligence or incorrect information supplied by Ourselves.

If you have a problem with your product, please email with your order number and a photo of the product as it was received. Once we have inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
